Fashion Editorial | Passage To India

I really love the different look of these photographs taken for an editorial in Amica Germany April 08. The photographer is Tim Petersen and the model is Franziska Frank.

Oh what atmospheric photographs..... they remind me of those old photographs, before they had coloured film and they used to paint in the colour...you're probably not as old as me and don't know what I'm talking about !!!! They have a lovely coloured wash over them...beautiful. The model is so right for this shoot and the locayion is stunning.
By the way, DJA....haven't forgotten about my award, but I recieved another one and won a couple of giveaways, so I was waiting for them to arrive and then I can do a post to thank everyone. Didn't want you to think that I'd forgotten !!!1 XXXX

Fantastic images.. I love the color. It's so muted. REALLY LOVE THE HAIR!! If I could figure out how she did it..I'd love to wear it like that. The photos make it appear very warm where they are and I dont' think I'd feel the heat without the way the light was used. Great Friday pics!

More magic from India. The hair is a bit like those large shells you often see in interior collections. I want to reach out and touch it.

The treatment of the light in these shots is so richly amazing, it feels as though all the spices of an Indian market have been used as filters on the lens that captured these stunning shots.

Wishing you a deeply beautiful week, sweet soul!
